Operation Military Giving: Charity Challenge

Operation Military Giving: Especially at the Holidays, but all year round, TeamBuilding Unlimited offers this very special team building event that supports our troops!

This Charity Challenge incorporates Corporate Social Responsibility with TeamBuilding/ and TeamBonding. TeamBuilding Unlimited will lead your teams through an engaging, team-building activity that culminates in the final challenge: the assembly of fun and important items in ‘care’ boxes for U.S Troops.
Items included cover a large variety of toiletries, books, dried food, cookies and candy, batteries, music, clothing, Ziploc bags, games, beverages, and other snacks which will be used to fill the boxes to the top. Choosing the items to go into the boxes will also be a team effort and will be coordinated by the TeamBuilding Unlimited facilitators. Whenever possible, the staff from the benefiting service organization is there to receive the donations and convey their appreciation. This will also inspire the teams to continue to be involved and send much needed care packages in the future. The reward for packing the boxes is the reward of giving back to the troops. What a great team bonding activity for your team! In addition, each team will design and execute a t-shirt to go with the donation of each box.

TeamBuilding Unlimited can also include a series of fun 'military' games to set the mood and determine the order of gift selection for the boxes.

Gingerbread Cookie Decorating & Donating

More Culinary Charitable Team Building: Gingerbread Cookie Decorating & Donating

TeamBuilding Unlimited has added another fun and interactive team event for the Holidays that also gives back to the community. We provide Gingerbread Cookies, decorating tools, decorations and icing, and your group provides their time. Gingerbread Cookies are appreciated by everyone. They can be whimsical, holiday oriented, the sky's the limit! Cookies can be donated to hospitals, firehouses, family shelters, senior centers and lots of other places. Teambuilding Unlimited will work with your group to insure that the organization you choose or we suggest will accept food. Our materials do not contain raw eggs or nuts.

We can also add a Competitive Part to this teambuilding activity with prizes for winning designs. It's another Win-Win situation from TeamBuilding Unlimited as your Holiday party is the setting for a "working" event that provides happiness to those less fortunate. Your team has fun, and the community benefits.

This event is also available with shortbread cookies throughout the year. Giving is important all year round.

Wente Vineyards: Perfect Venue for Your Holiday party

Wente Vineyards invited TeamBuilding Unlimited/Murder on the Menu to their Open House: 'Tis the Season of Celebration! event the other night. We were asked to exhibit, but we would have attended anyway. It's always nice to be asked, though, and it was the cream on our coffee to be able to showcase our company to such a presitigious gathering.

I love Wente, and Murder on the Menu has been working there for over 20 years. We've done mystery events there for corporate clients such as Chevron, Genentech, Kaiser, Robert Half and many others. We've created sensational New Year's Eve and Halloween events for Wente Wine club members, and we've even created a mystery wedding for a very special couple at Wente. TeamBuilding Unlimited has done Wacky Games and Par for the Course: Mini-golf putting solutions on the beautiful lawn at Wente. So we were thrilled to be a part of their very special evening.

The food was sensational, the ambiance was terrific, and needless to say, the wine was incredible. We met so many great people, including "realtime" meetings with many clients. It's often email and voicemail only. How fun!

Our booth was all about Charitable Team Building for the Holidays: Trikes for Tots, Bears that Care.

Blue Lotus Photography captured everything so well. Check out their Blog for more photos and comments about this great evening.
